We've helped design and build rail corrugation analysis equipment for RailMeasurement. The equipment varies from instruments to measure rail corrugation and acoustic roughness on one rail at a walking speed of 3-4km/h to instruments fixed to vehicles travelling up to 50km/h
Visual alarm testing
Working with Product Technology Partners (PTP) we've designed and built light testing equipment for testing Visual Alarm Devices (VAD’s) for compliance with the new European EN54-23 standard.
C4 Carbides needed to automate the testing of their drill bits, the unit they required needed to drill a series of holes in a 300mm square tile, each bit needed to drill 50 holes. The process had previously been done by hand.
